All orders placed with Embroidery Patches UK are considered custom made. This means:
- Each order is specifically produced based on customer approved artwork and specifications.
- Once production begins, materials and labour are allocated exclusively to your order.
- As a result, the eligibility of the cancellation request depends on the stage of your order.
Time Validity for Cancellation Request
We only entertain cancellation requests that are submitted within 24 hours of the order placement. Requests registered after this time period will not be addressed at all.

Our support team will take up to 24 hours to respond and address any cancellation requests, so patience is required.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded using the original payment method.
- Refunds may be reduced based on any work already completed.
- Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
% of Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If you cancel the order within 24 hours, you will get a 90% refund.
- If you cancel within 48 hours, a 50% refund will be granted.
- If it is cancelled within 72 hours, a 20% refund will be granted.
- Cancelled after 72 hours: 0% refund will be granted.
Non Cancellable Orders
Orders may not be cancelled in the following cases:
- Production has already started
- Custom materials have been purchased or cut
- The order has already been shipped
- Rush or urgent production orders
Changes Instead of Cancellation
In many cases, we may allow you to modify your order instead of cancelling it, such as:
- Adjusting design elements before production
- Changing quantities or backing types, but only if the order has not yet been produced
